Abundance of Projects

I think that Jason and I have too many projects going on right now!
Here's the list:

Tiling- We just bought some beautiful slate colored tile to go in our basement entry way and closet.

Doors- Last weekend Menards had a sale on doors so we picked up two closet doors for our basement closets and a bedroom door for my craft room in the basement. Jason stained those this week and is currently working on the frames so that they will fit correctly.

Fire Pit- This is a landscaping project that I have been working on. We put in a stone fire pit/patio that I would like to landscape around. It's been so hot, I have not wanted to be working outside but I think Im going to dig up the sod tomorrow. and continue this project.

Shed- Jason and my very handy dad are going to be putting up a shed this weekend and next week while I am gone. My dad already has the rafters built and Jason is working on leveling the ground. He will be sooo happy when this is finished! We have a one stall garage and a tiny little shed. It will be nice for him to have a place to store more of the yard tools.

Sealing off the well room- There is a very small 4x4x4 room in our basement that has water leaking into it. It was the area where our well used to be (our house used to be outside city limits). This needs to be fixed. We got a very reasonable quote and they are going to come break apart the concrete and seal the room off from our home forever! I can't wait for that to be fixed I think it will help with the musty smell in the basement. Plus, water is never good for a home.

Photo Wall- I'm working on a photo collage for our living room. I went through all of my parents pictures and found some great old photos of my grandparents and many other family members. I have collected a few of the frames and need to spray paint them and get quite a few more. I'm also going to print the pictures in B & W. It might take a while to edit them. It will be a pretty precious thing when it is finished. :)

So, we have a lot going on at the Seath home!
