This last week, I was feeling a little like Betty Crocker and decided to test my cupcake decorating skills. I made over 5 dozen cupcakes.
My favorite flavor was lemon cake with cream cheese frosting.
I decorated those cupcakes as if they were little glasses of lemonade complete with lemon and lime candies with a little straw!
I also tried to use jelly beans to make a cupcake look like corn on the cob.
The yellow cupcakes were cut in half and used as a hamburger bun. I made red velvet cupcakes and cut them so that they would be the little hamburger inside the bun. Then added red and yellow frosting to be the ketchup and mustard.
Needless to say, I don't think I will be decorating that many cupcakes again anytime soon!
