"Val! Come to Happy Hour!" ... How do I explain?

Every Friday, well most Fridays after work a small group of us go out for cocktails, vent about the week and share our weekend plans. 
I am usually the one that rallies up the troops and encourages the good times.
No cocktails for me anymore. :( BUT I can still partake in the good times!


Friday came along, it was time for happy hour at Boston's. I have been enjoying virgin bloody mary's lately but was feeling a little heartburn at the time so I decided to go with a Shirley Temple. 
Well, that gave it away for sure! That drink order along with my dimples that came out when Chris gave me that knowing, quizzing look... Now Mary, and Chris know because my dimples can't stay put!
Damn. I have to admit, I was relieved that a few more people knew. I could talk to them about all of the crazy things happening in/to/around my body (and mind). 


BUT- They had to keep the secret for a few more weeks.


I bought a cute shirt to wear on the Teacher Work Day right before Thanksgiving and planned to show the staff the video I had made via email that day. -I hope they can keep this secret.
